However, to ensure that you get the best data available, we call every company with over 100 plan participants to verify contact information and gather significant data not available on the form 5500.

For example, we obtain the names of the Director of Human Resources, the Director of Benefits, the CFO, and the Risk Manager. We also add parent company where applicable. Companies which have name changes or have merged or been sold, are all corrected or dropped. We also update the addresses and phone numbers for companies of all sizes. We make corrections to 65% of the plan sponsors.

Our directories are available in print, on CD and online. Data on cd-rom comes with proprietary software that allows you to do searches on any field of the data, generate mail merge letters and mailing labels, as well as browse, print and export data. Our online databases employ cutting edge technology and are easy to use.

Data is available in sales territories by state/city/area. All of the information we publish can be customized to suit your marketing needs.
