The Directory of Self Funded Group Plans pinpoints groups with fully or partially self-funded plans, the majority of which have over 100 participants. The database includes 53,409 plans and 40,864 sponsors, their decision makers, assets, income, expenses, providers, and more.

All plan data is taken from the most current annual 5500 report filed with the DOL. Each plan is then contacted by our carefully trained in-house phone staff to obtain the names of human resource director, employee benefits manager and the financial officer involved with the plan. All addresses and telephone numbers are verified before publication.

Data is available in online, in print, diskette, or on cd-rom. The cd-rom includes Prospect Finder software enabling you to pinpoint your market by sorting or filtering on any data field, produce mail merge letters and labels for selected records, and print out data for selected records.
